About The Position

School Year 2025-2026- Group Leader: Afterschool Instructor - Part-time Group Leader Bryan, TX AlphaBEST: After School is where adventures begin! Location: Bryan ISD Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30-6:00 PM Pay & Benefits: $15 hourly rate Part-time benefits including health available Employee referral program Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents Laughter, giggles, and smiles come along with each paycheck As an AlphaBEST Guide, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following: Plan and facilitate core programming to advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children. Work collaboratively with peers to share program-related information and complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on the student's interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
