This position provides an opportunity to teach and minister to neighborhood children in an after school program that serves kindergarten-5th graders. Schedule will typically be regular Monday-Friday hours, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend hours. Standard hours will typically be will be 2-7pm.
Requirements
- Must have an active relationship with Jesus Christ
- Must love working with children
- Must be high energy, the kids will run you ragged if you arent
- Valid drivers license and adequate driving record is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in safe transportation of students to Agape
- Actively engage children at all times
- Lead effective activity & tutoring times
- Positively manage behavior of students
- Be able to present gospel to kids and answer gospel related questions
