Kama‘āina Kids, Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned nonprofit childcare organization, is hiring One-on-One Group Leaders to support keiki with special needs in our After School Program. In this role, you’ll build trust, encourage independence, and help one child fully participate in a safe, joyful learning environment. This position is an excellent fit for aspiring teachers, SPED professionals, RBTs, or anyone passionate about inclusive education and child development. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Genuine love for working with children
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawaii (or have plans to relocate) to qualify

- Have experience as an RBT, SPED aide, paraprofessional—or are eager to learn
