Requirements

Must pass a background check and obtain necessary child clearances
1+ years of experience working with children (teaching, camps, etc.)
Reliable transportation is a must
Positive attitude and consistent availability

Nice To Haves

Education or teaching experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

Support a Lead Instructor leading up to 20 students through fun, hands-on lessons
Keep kids engaged and excited about learning
Set clear expectations and create a positive classroom culture
Prepare for classes by reviewing curriculum and training materials
Represent Snapology with professionalism when interacting with parents and partners
Encourage future program enrollment with enthusiastic communication
Attend occasional training and team meetings
