Requirements

Must enjoy being with children
Be active enough to play games with the children
Must be approachable. The kids must feel comfortable around you in order for them to interact/pay with you.
Please note that a background check is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Interact with children while also encouraging them to get physical activity.
Be comfortable with disciplining kids according to our system.
Be comfortable working with a team of people to ensure the safety of a group of children ranging from 15 children to 45 children!
Being coachable and taking constructive criticism as we attempt to coach you on how to execute a good after school program.
Watch over children to ensure they are listening, following rules, and not acting out.
