After School Skills Support Paraprofessional
About The Position
The After School Skills Support Para is responsible for supporting students during after-school hours to help students develop needed skills (example: following school rules, taking turns, sharing, dealing with losing or disappointment etc). The Skills Support Para is also responsible for supporting students during the after school time to develop needed academic skills by providing 1:1 or small group support. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with peers, teachers, and students, have a deep commitment to student achievement, hold students and self to high expectations, and uphold Navigator school culture at all times.
