We are actively seeking energetic, organized, and team-oriented After School Site Directors at our Achievement First Apollo School location from November 2025 through June 2026. This is a part-time position during the school year, with the potential to work during the summer (July - August) at a Kids in the Game summer camp as part of a camp leadership team. After School Site Directors at NYC-based after school programs must be able to travel to the Kids in the Game office located in Manhattan at least once per week, and to NYC-based schools for orientation and ongoing training during the year. The Achievement First Apollo After School Site Director plays a key leadership role in delivering high-quality after-school programming for elementary school students at public, private, and charter schools. This is a school-year, part-time position (September - June) focused on the daily implementation, safety, and culture of a single after-school site serving approximately 30–100 students. The After School Site Director supports administrative and operational systems, leads coaching staff, manages logistics, and fosters a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment.
