As a Site Coordinator in our After School Program, you’ll lead a team that creates a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for elementary-aged children. You’ll guide daily program operations, coach and support staff, and build strong relationships with families and school partners. And the best part? Requirements

  • A passion for working with children and a heart for your community
  • Leadership experience in youth programs, childcare, or camp settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with EEC licensing and a commitment to safety and inclusion
  • The ability to stay organized, flexible, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 20 years old
  • Must meet EEC qualifications of a Site Coordinator and have a minimum of 1 year of previous experience working with school-aged children in a program setting

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
