Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the arrival procedures for parents and guardians picking up students from the Bears' Den Program.
• Ensure proper dismissal procedures for students, including verifying the identity of the designated pick-up person and completing the sign-out process.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Bears' Den Program, assisting with transitions and other tasks as needed.
• Interact with families in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner during student pick-up.
• Be present 2:00PM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday. Excludes school closures.
