The Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join their After School team as an After School Program Mentor. The primary role involves fostering youth development in an after-school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. The ideal candidate is devoted to excellence, wholeheartedness, and developing children to reach their full potential, serving as a role model and having an eternal impact in the community. This is a non-exempt, part-time position, averaging 17-20 hours per week. The Mentoring Alliance is a Christian ministry focused on serving kids and students by providing after-school care and activities. Its mission is to mobilize godly people into the lives of kids and families to offer tangible help and eternal hope. All staff positions are considered integral to this mission, with the After School Program Mentor viewed primarily as a Minister of the Gospel.
