About The Position
The CHISPA Program Leader at Central Coast YMCA is responsible for providing direct leadership to youth programs, including those for children aged 0-5, YMCA Camp, and afterschool activities. This role involves planning, implementing, and supervising engaging activities that promote personal growth among participants while ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. The Program Leader will also manage administrative tasks, fiscal responsibilities, and program development in alignment with YMCA policies.
