About The Position
Become an After School Educator with HOKALI! Are you ready to turn your passion for Football into purpose? HOKALI, a Y Combinator–backed leader in after-school programs, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Football Instructor to join our community in San Jose, CA. We partner with over 200 schools across the U.S., creating enriching after-school experiences that help students grow, explore new interests, and build confidence. What you’ll do: Lead engaging and educational Football after-school classes. Create a positive, supportive, and fun learning environment. Encourage creativity, self-expression, teamwork, and self-confidence in students. Teach age-appropriate dance foundations in a safe and inclusive setting. Contribute to meaningful programs that make a real impact on students’ lives. We’re actively seeking instructors with experience in: Dance Hip Hop
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Experience working with children in after-school or educational settings (Required).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.
- Ability to pass background check, Live Scan, and TB test (CA requirements).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Background in HIP HOP/DANCE (Preferred).
