About The Position
The After School Program Director for the 21st Century Community Learning Center (COOL Program) is responsible for overseeing the after-school program within the Farrell Area School District and the Sharon City School District. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, and involves managing project staff, academic programming, staff training, fiscal management, and evaluations. The Director will also be responsible for submitting mandatory reports, monitoring attendance, and providing annual reports.
