About The Position
The After School Leader position at the YMCA of Greater Providence is a part-time role focused on supporting the Site Coordinator in the development and implementation of after-school programs for school-age children. The After School Leader is expected to maintain open communication with colleagues and parents, embodying the YMCA's core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. The position requires a commitment to professional development and participation in staff meetings and training programs. You will also be responsible for the daily maintenance of the program area, including clean-up and equipment care, and ensuring compliance with federally funded child nutrition program requirements when providing snacks and meals.
