As a Group Leader, you’re the go-to grownup during after-school hours—leading games, supporting learning, and creating a safe, positive space where kids can be kids. Requirements
- You genuinely enjoy working with children
- You’re dependable, positive, and ready to jump in
- Must be at least 18 with a HS Diploma or GED and be available during after-school hours (Mon-Fri)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with kids is great—but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead games, activities, and enrichment projects
- Support homework time and positive behavior
- Build strong relationships with kids, families, and teammates
- Help create an environment that’s safe, inclusive, and fun
