Requirements

Love working with children (and they tend to love you back)
Are able to communicate in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi
Show up on time and bring good vibes
Are patient, upbeat, and ready to learn
Enjoy teamwork and trying new ideas
Are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
Can work weekday afternoons

Responsibilities

Leading games, crafts, and enrichment activities
Helping with homework and positive behavior support
Creating a safe, inclusive, high-energy environment
Building strong connections with kids and families
Supporting a Hawaiian language immersion environment through the use of ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi
Working with teammates to keep afternoons fun and smooth
