Requirements
- You genuinely enjoy working with children
- You’re reliable, patient, and ready to be part of a team
- You bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Available during after-school hours, Monday–Friday
Nice To Haves
- Experience with kids is helpful—but not required
Responsibilities
- Leading games, group activities, and enrichment projects
- Supporting homework time and positive behavior guidance
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Creating an environment that is safe, inclusive, and engaging
- Working closely with teammates to keep afternoons running smoothly
