About The Position

HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated After School Enrichment Educators in Nashville, TN. This role involves leading enrichment classes for Pre-K and Kindergarten students, ensuring their safety and well-being, and planning and leading engaging recreational activities. Educators will also provide homework and academic support, facilitate positive social interactions, manage student behavior using positive reinforcement, and maintain accurate attendance and incident records. Additional duties include organizing snack time, overseeing outdoor play, and preparing and organizing activity materials while keeping spaces clean and safe.

Requirements

• Experience in Dance
• Experience in Martial Arts
• Experience in Sports
• 18+ years of age
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)
• Authorization to work in the US
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead enrichment classes for Pre-K and Kindergarten students
