At Kids in the Game, you’ll be part of a network of 150+ coaches who are working with kids from early childhood and up, providing sports and skill development, and making a positive impact in their lives. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are hiring part-time dance and creative movement specialists with training to teach classes in our after school enrichment programs. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING The After School Dance Specialist is responsible for planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate dance programming for students in grades Pre-K through middle school. This role promotes creativity, physical activity, and self-expression while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for movement. The Dance Specialist serves as a positive role model, creating an inclusive and supportive environment that reflects the organization’s core values of positivity, empathy, commitment, ambition, and inclusivity. Depending on your availability and skill set, you can expect to work between 10 to 15 hours per week, earning a competitive hourly rate. Our coaches and specialists typically work in various schools throughout the weeks.
