About The Position

The After School Counselor at The Club of Riverdale is responsible for supervising and preparing activities for children in the Learn and Play afterschool program and the Young Olympian camp during the summer. This role involves assisting children with homework, organizing arts and crafts projects, and ensuring the health and safety of all children in their care. The counselor will also maintain communication with parents and support program directors and other counselors.

Requirements

• Experience working with children.
• CPR Certification.
• First Aid Certification.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience in sports coaching or dancing.
