Overview The YMCA of the Pueblo is looking for a compassionate, patient Site Leader to join our After Care program and help us to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our school aged children. The responsibilities of the Site Leader include creating an enriching learning environment and looking after the basic needs of the children under their care. To be a successful Site Leader, you should be patient, enthusiastic, and fun-loving. Ultimately, a top-notch Site Leader loves working with children and is passionate about child development and care. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Site Leader will administer, organize, and implement School Age Child Care Programs. You will provide leadership and supervision of the After Care Staff and programming. As the Site Leader, you will oversee administrative and program details. Each day, our Site Leader has the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children, creating joy in each child's life by teaching through play and hands-on activities.
