Requirements
- Must be a high school student age 16+
- Positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children
Nice To Haves
- Individuals who are energetic, dependable, and enjoy working with children
- High School students, 16 or older
- Anyone passionate about youth development, recreation, or education
- No childcare experience required—we provide full training
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and confidence
- Create a safe, inclusive space for keiki to learn and play
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for children in grades K–6
