About The Position
The position is part-time and located at the Virginia G Piper Branch in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves developing, organizing, and facilitating programs and activities for youth, utilizing a formal curriculum. The individual will directly run programming and high-yield activities, employing various methods such as lectures, discussions, active games, and supervised role-playing. The position also requires administering outcome measurement tools and delivering programs with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Additionally, the role includes ensuring health and safety in program areas, adhering to organizational policies, and maintaining Club equipment and property. The individual will support the culture and mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale and promote an inclusive environment.
