After Hours Hospice RN – 4-Night Schedule | Pittsburgh Area If you've worked in hospice, you know nights are different. Fewer interruptions. More focused care. The ability to support patients and families when they need it most—without the constant pace of daytime visits. This role is designed for experienced hospice nurses who prefer working independently, managing urgent needs, and having a consistent overnight schedule .
