The After Care Coordinator supports grieving families and professional staff, providing access to community resources such as grief counseling and support groups for donor families. This role involves developing and managing bereavement workshops and events, ensuring appropriate follow-up, and facilitating responses to post-donation requests. The coordinator also works with Community Services to lead a volunteer team to expand community outreach and participates in quality assurance and performance improvement, supporting and engaging staff in the mission of LifeShare.
