This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment. Position Summary: This is a training position for the purpose of developing the skills to direct and manage the overall operations of an independent living housing community. The training will include, but will not be limited to quality service, physical plant maintenance, and financial targets. The E.D.I.T. may be assigned areas of responsibility in resident relations, human resources, communications, financial management, marketing, operations, planning, building and grounds maintenance, administration, quality assurance, and compliance with HUD regulations. The starting salary for this position ranges from $24.00 to $26.00/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
