Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Affordable Housing Policy & Operations Analyst (OPA3) to join our team. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while still requiring occasional visits to the administrative office or attendance at conferences and meetings. The primary purpose of this role is to conduct comprehensive economic, technical, and policy analysis related to OHCS's Affordable Rental Housing funding strategies and priorities. The successful candidate will engage in program development and planning, as well as develop and implement operational controls and reporting mechanisms that enhance efficiency and clarity in alignment with diverse initiatives. This role will also assist in or lead the implementation of new programs and one-time program offerings, contributing to the overall mission of providing stable and affordable housing for Oregonians. As part of a dynamic and supportive team, the Affordable Housing Policy & Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in advancing OHCS's vision of ensuring that all Oregonians can pursue prosperity and live free from poverty.
