About The Position

The Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist at Accessible Space, Inc. Requirements

• Minimum of two years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in standard administrative functions and strong computer skills.
• Experience in high-volume property management, including rent calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) Certification.
• Knowledge of Section 8, 202 PRAC, and 811 PRAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Managers in managing ASI properties effectively.
• Ensure all processes and documentation related to tenant move-ins are completed accurately.
• Calculate rents and manage high-volume property management tasks.
• Maintain compliance with housing regulations, including Section 8 and PRAC programs.
