About The Position
We are seeking an Affordable Housing Community Manager to support daily property operations under the direction of the Regional Manager. This role ensures compliance with HUD, Section 8, Affordable Housing, and LIHTC requirements while delivering excellent resident service.
Responsibilities
- Interview and screen prospective residents
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations
- Coordinate contractors, work orders, and apartment inspections
- Collect rent and process deposits using Yardi
- Complete recertifications, audits, reports, and file maintenance
- Manage move-in/move-out inspections within required timelines
