About The Position

The Affordable Housing Certification Specialist is responsible for certifying and recertifying move-ins and lease renewals at a large affordable housing property. This full-time position requires strong customer service skills and excellent organizational abilities to assist with day-to-day operations in property management.

Requirements

• Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification.
• Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in property leasing or management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and phone etiquette skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Section 8 housing programs.
• Leadership experience in property management.
