Requirements

• 2 years+ of Section 8 and Section 42 compliance experience

• Ability to work as a positive member of a professional team
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Reviewing all certifications
• Preparing year-end and annual reports for funders and monitoring agencies
• Assisting site staff in preparing for compliance reviews
• Providing staff training
