About The Position
The Affluent Banking General Management team is responsible for designing and enhancing deposit products within the Chase Consumer Bank. The team focuses on bolstering Chase's value propositions and improving customer experiences through industry-leading solutions for affluent clients. This role is critical in assisting with delivering a compelling offering and seamless customer experience for this high-priority segment. As an Affluent Product Senior Associate within the Consumer Bank Affluent team, you will assist in managing deposit products and support day-to-day product management activities. You will focus on product feature monitoring, understanding feature utilization, and assisting with product enhancements to deliver a compelling offering and seamless customer experience for our affluent clients.
