As an Affiliate Livestock Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling MFA feed, animal health, and farm supply products to assigned MFA Local Affiliates and their customers. Additional responsibilities include promoting MFA’s Health Track program and providing nutritional support and information to MFA customers. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy. We support your growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas, fostering new skills for additional support. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, ag business, or a related degree
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Promoting and selling MFA feed, animal health, and farm supply products to assigned MFA Local Affiliates and their customers.
- Promoting MFA’s Health Track program
- Providing nutritional support and information to MFA customers.
- Engage and maintain relationships with assigned Local Affiliates
- Grow feed, animal health, and farm supply sales to the Locals by supporting their business, providing information and expertise on livestock production and management, nutrition, and animal health to the employees and customers.
- Support Local Affiliates with on-farm sales calls to customers.
- Grow adoption of MFA Health Track program with Local Affiliate customers and direct MFA customers.
- Assure the integrity of the Health Track program for those customers in your area.
