Midwest Vision Partners (MVP) is seeking a high-performing Affiliate Liaison to drive new patient growth by strengthening and expanding referral relationships. This role serves as a trusted connector between referring providers and our clinical teams-removing barriers, improving access, and supporting sustainable referral growth. The Affiliate Liaison represents the full scope of services offered by our physician practices, primarily calling on optometrists (approximately 80%) while also engaging other referring providers across the market. This role blends relationship management with disciplined sales execution, data-driven territory management, and deep provider-level knowledge.
