About The Position

Join UNR Med and Renown Health as Affiliate Faculty as academic clinical faculty in Primary Care! As part of Nevada's first research-intensive integrated academic health system, we seek to expand access to clinical care, develop and enhance engaging learning experiences, and expand research opportunities across biomedical and clinical domains. UNR Med and Renown Health offer a dynamic, physician-led team across multiple sites as part of a highly successful medical group. Primary Care Physician opportunities are linked below and report to a dual-appointed Chair/Chief of either the Department of Family & Community Medicine or the Department of Medicine. This role includes expectations to teach residents, medical students and Advanced Practice Provider students. Opportunities for additional involvement in the academic and research missions depend on position-specific needs, availability and candidate interest.

• Must be a qualified physician with appropriate credentials.
• Ability to teach and mentor students in a clinical setting.
