About The Position

We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Affiliate Event Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is designed for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced social environment and loves working behind the scenes to bring events and campaigns to life. The ideal candidate will help manage and execute our affiliate events across TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring smooth operations, strong engagement, and seamless communication with affiliates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, event coordination, or social media community management.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok, Discord, and other social engagement platforms.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience running TikTok Lives or other live streaming platforms.
• Background in affiliate or influencer program management.
• Familiarity with basic creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to assist with event assets and affiliate communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support affiliate events and campaigns across social platforms, with a focus on TikTok Lives and interactive activations.
• Manage and moderate community channels (Discord, TikTok, etc.), ensuring affiliates are engaged, supported, and informed.
• Assist in planning and executing affiliate mailings, announcements, and event communications.
• Work behind the scenes during live events to manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align event execution with brand strategy and goals.
• Track participation and budget for affiliate events, reporting results and recommending improvements.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, affiliate marketing strategies, and competitor activities to keep events fresh and relevant.
