About The Position

We’re looking for someone to lead and shape our affiliate marketing efforts—someone who’s strategic, data-savvy, and knows how to build strong, results-driven partnerships. As Affiliate Director, you’ll take ownership of our affiliate program and team, steering its growth and helping us stay ahead in this fast-moving space. You will also be responsible for building this team in an office location such as Malta or Cyprus.

Requirements

• Solid experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic mindset paired with the ability to dive into data and make informed decisions.
• Leadership experience and the ability to guide a team toward shared goals.
• Solid experience in the iGaming sector essential, including experience with Anjuan/Curacao-licensed operations.

Responsibilities

• Setting the strategy for our affiliate marketing program, ensuring we hit ambitious growth targets.
• Building and enhancing relationships with top-performing affiliates and identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Analysing performance data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI including understanding and optimising the use of all reporting tools such as My Affiliates.
• Building, leading and mentoring a team to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve and they are clear in direction and target delivery.
• Keeping up with industry trends and competitors activities making sure we’re using the best tools and practices.
• Working with other marketing channel heads to ensure we track and measure holistically and deliver 360 campaigns
• Ensure our brands and creative guidelines are followed by affiliates and they are provided with all relevant creative assets and landing pages to optimise performance
