Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within eCommerce, retail, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with Affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, or Awin and key partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Monday.com.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Affiliate Analyst II to manage paid placement planning, ensuring cohesive strategies that align with larger business goals.
  • Own and deliver weekly newsletters, manage Monday.com, handle creative requests and their delivery, and coordinate promotional details with agency and affiliate partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for agency and affiliate partners for placement planning, tentpole events, and key promotional moments.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with loyalty, coupon, and BNPL partners, leading tactical initiatives to maximize partnership effectiveness.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal stakeholders for tentpole events and promotional moments ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across all parties.
  • Represent the affiliate channel as a subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives, confidently articulating all program offerings.
  • Assist agency in the recruitment and onboarding process of new affiliate and influencer partnerships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Utilize partner and Impact data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Affiliate Manager on period budgets and invoicing.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within the channel.
