Requirements

• High school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience in cardiac mapping.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in the cardiac field.
• Experience in training and technical support.
• Background in cardiac catheter ablation or EP lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on mapping and navigation systems.
• Educate and train medical personnel on technical aspects of products and procedures.
• Promote the effective use of medical products in clinical settings.
• Meet regional sales objectives related to cardiac solution products.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with management and sales teams to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct customer training sessions on mapping technologies.
