About The Position

The AFCAP V OCN/LN UAE: Escort position at KBR involves providing observation services and ensuring security for Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel at military bases. The role requires adherence to security protocols and effective communication to maintain operational continuity during personnel rotations. The Escort will work under the guidance of the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, utilizing problem-solving skills to enhance processes and ensure mission success.

Requirements

• US Citizen
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• US Passport with at least one year of validity remaining
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one prior to deployment
• Meet deployment medical and dental requirements
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Effective communication skills (written/verbal) with problem resolution abilities
• Ability to accommodate deployment travel within 2-3 weeks of accepting offer

Nice To Haves

• Previous military experience
• Minimum of two years supervising or leading a team of ten or more personnel
• Minimum of two years of prior experience working overseas

Responsibilities

• Escort un-cleared personnel into areas and monitor their activities.
• Log in and out all Local National (LN) / Other Country National (OCN) contractors and count personnel before and after duties.
• Monitor LN/OCN work until completion and ensure the work zone is cleared by military personnel.
• Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring prohibited items onto the base.
• Follow local base escorting policies for LN/OCNs workforce.
• Deescalate issues through professional communication.
