Job Summary: The Aesthetician is responsible for delivering a range of services designed to enhance the health and appearance of the skin. This role includes performing treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and other advanced services directed towards achieving the patient's skin care goals.

Requirements

  • Valid state license as an aesthetician, in good standing
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an aesthetician preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of skin care treatments, products, and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient satisfaction and teamwork
  • Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a well-organized work environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort during treatments.
  • Provide detailed consultation and recommendations based on patients' skin care objectives.
  • Conduct a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Stay informed about new products and services to recommend effective options to patients.
  • Document patient treatments and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Assist with patient scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow during appointments.
  • Provide support to front desk operations as needed, including responding to phone inquiries and scheduling.
  • Participate in ongoing staff education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism in all interactions with patients and staff.
