Requirements

• Possesses state licensure in Aesthetics.
• Three years' experience as an Aesthetician preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Must possess training and/or experience in performing all pertinent services on salon menu.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Effectively applies and maintains proficiency in state-of-the-art techniques concerning all waxing, facials, and applicable body treatments.
• Effectively provides professional make up services, maintaining proficiency in state-of-the-art techniques to administer make up applications and lessons.
• Maintains all Forbes Standards as they pertain to spa treatments and guest services.
• Consistently provides guest with feedback on healthy skin practices and recommends specific skin care regimens for the guests.
• Always adheres to skin policies regarding cleaning and sanitizing skin equipment and chemical usage and care.
• Consistently promotes the sale of skin products and services and attempts to accommodate guest needs for special services.
• Effectively creates client base and has many repeat customers.
