As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant (Patient Care Coordinator) at LaserAway, you will be responsible for creating elevated client experiences in luxury retail, med spas, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle sales. This role involves guiding clients through high-value, in-person consultations and treatment plan sales, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey. You will conduct one-on-one consultations, educate clients on treatment options, and design customized aesthetic plans while driving revenue through trust and strategic upsells. Additionally, you will manage the front desk experience and support behind-the-scenes operations to ensure flawless delivery of services.

  • Deliver Elevated Service: Create a premium, personalized experience that ensures every client feels valued, supported, and confident from check-in to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Lead Expert Consultations: Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client goals, educate on treatment options, and design customized aesthetic plans.
  • Drive Revenue Through Trust: Consistently exceed sales targets by blending clinical knowledge with consultative selling, building rapport that converts interest into long-term loyalty.
  • Maximize Results with Strategic Upsells: Recommend complementary services and products to enhance outcomes and increase client satisfaction while contributing to the clinic's revenue goals.
  • Facilitate Seamless Financing: Guide clients through financing options like CareCredit, ensuring every investment in self-confidence is transparent and accessible.
  • Own the Front Desk Experience: Manage the flow of the clinic with professionalism from scheduling to check-ins and check-outs while upholding LaserAway's elevated brand experience.
  • Support Behind-the-Scenes Operations: Assist clinicians by prepping treatment rooms, managing schedules, and performing pre-treatment support tasks to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Be a Team-Driven Leader: Participate in daily team huddles, align on clinic strategies, and engage in regular KPI reviews with leadership to grow performance and impact.
  • 2+ years of experience in luxury sales, med spa, skincare, fitness, or lifestyle verticals.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close high-ticket sales.
  • Polished, articulate, and customer-obsessed.
  • Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and delivering 5-star service.
  • Weekend and evening availability required to align with client needs.
