About The Position

AirSculpt® is seeking a skilled and dedicated Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join their luxury medical practice. AirSculpt® specializes in next-generation body contouring treatments, including fat removal, skin tightening, and fat transfer, performed in over 30 premium locations across the United States and Canada. The consultant will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals and patient satisfaction metrics, utilizing consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services. They will also collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey and handle other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Experience using a CRM tool
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work weekends as required by business needs

Responsibilities
