About The Position

The Aesthetic Sales Coach is a field-based performance and culture specialist responsible for embedding the CARES sales process within studios. This role works side-by-side with Studio Leaders and teams to model behaviors, coach live interactions, build leadership capability, and achieve sustainable improvement in guest experience and sales performance. The Aesthetic Sales Coach serves as an extension of the Regional Business Manager (RBM), helping reduce their workload by providing hands-on, immersive coaching in underperforming studios. Requirements

  • Required Experience in sales coaching, training, or field leadership
  • Demonstrated success driving behavior change in frontline teams
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to model consultative sales behaviors
  • Proven ability to diagnose performance gaps and create actionable plans
  • Willingness to travel frequently to assigned studios

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or patient service environments
  • Prior experience implementing structured sales processes
  • Background in adult learning, field training, or operations leadership

Responsibilities

  • Studio Immersion & Training Conduct on-site CARES training sessions—classroom-style and experiential. Shadow team members during consultations and guest interactions, offering real-time feedback. Demonstrate effective CARES techniques and model consultative behaviors. Lead daily huddles and micro-trainings that reinforce CARES principles.
  • Leadership Development Coach Studio Leaders on how to coach their teams with consistency and confidence. Establish a studio-specific CARES coaching cadence (daily huddles, weekly skill sessions, etc.). Equip leaders with tools, scripts, and other resources as needed.
  • Performance Analysis & Action Planning Conduct initial CARES diagnostic assessments for each assigned studio. Identify behavioral and operational gaps impacting guest experience and studio performance. Develop clear action plans with measurable targets and timelines. Track and report progress to RBMs
  • Culture Building Embed CARES as a natural part of daily language, behaviors, and routines. Reinforce an environment where team members feel confident, supported, and accountable. Foster a coaching culture that continues well after the Aesthetic Sales Coach leaves the studio.
  • Sustainment & Follow-Up Provide virtual check-ins following on-site engagements to ensure continued adoption. Refresh skills through simulations, roleplay sessions, and follow-up coaching. Document studio progress and readiness for handoff back to the RBM.
