About The Position

As part of the clinic team the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients’ excellence services with advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. While other companies also specialize in injectables, hair removal and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing - facials. Helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high-energy. RN’s should be ready to join a hard-working & high volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Requirements

Associate
Registered Nurse (RN)
Current State Nursing License
BLS
2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
3 years of work experience in a clinical environment as an RN.
Current RN State License. Basic Life Support Certification is required through the American Heart Association.
Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
Customer service is our #1 priority, must have exceptional communication skills be capable of problem-solving.
Must have an outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable.
Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met.
Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented.
Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.
Able to work weekends (40 hours per week)
Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly.
Must have a minimum of 3 days available to work per week. One of those days must be a Friday or Monday, with both highly preferred.
Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website subject to change). You will be scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks.
Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but will regularly work 1-2 days per week and must have the ability to work up to 3 days per week.
You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.
Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.
This role requires long periods of Sitting & standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.

Nice To Haves

Senior Laser Practitioner License highly preferred.
Sr Cosmetic Laser Practitioner certification highly preferred

Responsibilities

Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and perspective clients’ personal skincare needs and are safe and effective for all skin types.
Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team.
Celebrate the success of the results our clients seeing.
Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business
Assists with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations
Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems
Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes
Partner with clinic team to provide people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace of belonging.
