We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic RN to join our growing practice. We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced injector who combines clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry and thrives in a relationship-driven practice. You will play a key role in delivering natural, high-quality results while building long-term patient relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience required
Proven experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Strong consultation and patient relationship skills
High level of professionalism, ethics, and clinical judgment
Passion for aesthetics and ongoing professional development

Nice To Haves

Experience with hormone replacement therapy preferred
Experience in medical weight loss programs preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and evaluations
Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including:
Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox)
Dermal fillers
Laser treatments
Chemical peels and other modalities
Educate patients on skincare, maintenance, and preventative treatments
Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Conduct follow-ups to monitor outcomes and patient satisfaction
Stay current on emerging technologies, products, and industry trends
Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver a seamless patient experience
Build and retain a strong patient following through trust and results
