Next Health – Peoria is looking for an established Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Aesthetic Registered Nurse (ARN) at Next Health, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated aesthetic professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. The Aesthetic RN is also responsible for having an understanding of the biomarker testing and other next-level services that we offer, which include, but are not limited to stem cells, exosomes, for aesthetic use, and facial rejuvenation along with competency of fillers, wrinkle relaxers, PRP, lasers, micro needling, hair restoration and other advanced cosmetic procedures that may not be included or added in addition to Next Health after the creation of this document.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience administering aesthetic treatments
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, in good standing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Experience working collaboratively with a team of aesthetic professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other clinical software

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Aesthetics, such as the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) credential or equivalent
  • Well-qualified candidates will bring an established patient base

Responsibilities

  • Conducting patient consultations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment for each client's individual needs
  • Performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox injections, dermal filler injections, and laser treatments, in a safe and effective manner
  • Responsible for all aspects of skin health including but not limited to full-face evaluations and the selling of packages
  • Educating clients on treatment options, pre- and post-procedure care, and expected outcomes
  • Collaborating with leadership to promote customer outreach & retention
  • Maintaining accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staying up-to-date on best practices and clinical guidelines in aesthetics
