Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (Weekends Only)
About The Position
Peachy's mission is to make wrinkle treatment more accessible through Preventative Botox, Prescription Retinoids, and Daily Use Sunscreen, emphasizing transparent pricing, quality care, and science-backed solutions. Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners at Peachy treat wrinkle prevention through comprehensive consultations, treatment plans, and neurotoxin administration. They are experts in Peachy’s wrinkle prevention options, including prescription retinoids, sunscreen, and other aftercare products, providing education to every client. Ideal candidates are passionate about Peachy's culture, brand, and commitment to clinical excellence, embodying integrity, confidence, and serving as a role model. Peachy Providers receive a competitive hourly rate plus quarterly performance bonuses. The role requires availability to work a Part-Time Weekend Schedule, including 5 full weekend day shifts per month (Saturdays & Sundays, 9 AM - 5 PM), averaging approximately 40 hours per month. Peachy provides in-house training to ensure high standards of care and precision, with no prior aesthetics experience required. The exclusive training program covers wrinkle treatments using four neuromodulators, dosage protocols, and the Peachy app with proprietary AI for treatment planning, with compensation provided during this period.

- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state you’re applying to work in
- Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women’s Nurse Practitioner
- Active BLS Certification
- Flexible to work in multiple studio locations within a reasonable distance to your home studio
- Availability to work a Part-Time Weekend Schedule including 5 full weekend day shifts per month. Running 9 AM - 5PM Saturdays & Sundays. This schedule averages approximately 40 hours per month.
- Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Strongly preference to Nurse Practitioners with a minimum of 6 months' experience, working autonomously in their current/previous roles
- Extensive, recent procedural experience is highly desired, including but not limited to IV placement, suturing, etc., either as a Nurse Practitioner or prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a high-volume clinical/procedural environment (e.g., emergency room)
Responsibilities
- Complete Peachy’s comprehensive and rigorous clinical training program and attend ongoing continuing education trainings and events
- Provide exceptional customer service in every Peachy client interaction
- Perform wrinkle assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients about Peachy’s variety of wrinkle prevention offerings including neurotoxins, prescription retinoids, and aftercare products
- Administer neurotoxin (Botox®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, and Dysport®) in 3 FDA approved locations for facial wrinkles
- Complete and maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every client
- Adhere to all company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols
- Adhere to infection control standards including, but not limited to: hand hygiene, use of PPE, and equipment disinfection/sterilization.
- Strong commitment to HIPAA privacy practices
