About The Position

Skin Clique is a medically founded, nationwide aesthetics practice redefining how skin health is delivered. Rooted in science and evidence-based care, Skin Clique integrates skin health into the broader health conversation through personalized treatment plans and flexible care models. With a national footprint and a commitment to clinical excellence, Skin Clique is advancing skin health as an essential part of overall wellness. We are seeking skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioners to provide concierge aesthetic services within their local communities. Prior hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables is strongly preferred. Candidates without active injecting experience may still be considered; however, completion of Skin Clique's training is required prior to advancing in the interview process or providing patient care.

Requirements

• Active board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
• Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice
• Prescriptive authority (as applicable by state)
• Current BLS or ACLS certification
• Ability to provide in-person concierge aesthetic services within your local community, or access to a physical space to provide in-person aesthetic and wellness services
• Auto insurance coverage
• Availability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to building your Skin Clique practice
• Strong fine motor skills and clinical judgment
• Professional, patient-centered, and entrepreneurial mindset

Nice To Haves

• Active or recent hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic and skincare consultations
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and skin health
• Safely perform aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and dermaplaning
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-procedure care
• Monitor outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Adhere to Skin Clique clinical protocols, safety standards, and sanitation requirements
• Promote Skin Clique services and products to support patient retention and practice growth
• Participate in required training, continuing education, and virtual team meetings
• Collaborate with a nationwide provider community while maintaining autonomy in practice
